Order Information
  • All furniture is made to order. Funteriors offers customisation of almost all products in the range, which are available in any of our eight colours unless stated (ie cots).
  • Prices shown are for standard sized items only - any deviations or special requests will be quoted accordingly.
  • Products and colours may differ slightly from photos shown, as each order is custom-made. For peace of mind we suggest visiting our store in person to confirm your order and colours.
  • Any changes to a completed, signed-off order will be at the customers’ expense.
  • Funteriors does not charge for the design of canvas artwork, but reserves the right to reuse all artwork again.
Deliveries
  • Delivery is 2 to 4 weeks but will be confirmed on placement of order.
  • Delivery in Port Elizabeth is charged at a minimum of R150. Large orders will be quoted accordingly.
  • Funteriors will not be held liable for goods damaged in transit.
  • Prices shown exclude delivery costs or postage.
Deposits & Refunds
  • A deposit of 70% is required up-front for all furniture orders, balance payable on delivery.
  • No cash refunds will be given. Store credit will be issued on items returned with proof of purchase, and in good order, within 60 days of purchase. All postage for returned goods will be at the customer’s expense.
